Hey! Junior year is officially over and I am now an unofficial senior. Gawd, I’m OLD. XDD (oh, title translations: Hi, How are you? XD Thought I’d use another language for a title .. XD)

Sorry for the -counts- 2-3 week absence? There were just really heaps of projects especially when it was around finals (uh, we didn’t have tests … rather big projects considering that I attend a Project Based Learning school). And for that, I had to really chow down information after information.

I hope I have a relaxing summer vacation this year. XD I’m taking off a break from extra classes … it really just gets tiring after some time. XD

So far there are only two things I’m looking forward for the upcoming school year: earlier release from school (seniors & juniors get to leave earlier because of senior projects or internships) and Journalism. I’ve got the Editor-in-Chief position, YAY! 8D 私はとても幸せ! One major reason why I believe that Journalism would be much more worth wile this time around is because they (school) made it as an extracurricular activity. Of course, you still receive the 10 credits (whole year) … but it’s not mandatory like it was two years ago. And since it’s completely voluntary, people who did apply to be in the class, wouldn’t waste my time as well as the other editors and managers about their certain jobs. XDD It’s just so frustrating dealing with reporters who are very lazy, and who really just BS their whole article. (-.-;;) But cheers for three years in Journalism. (: (well, upcoming third year) XD

Last Saturday, I went to the beach with some friends. XD I’ll post some pics next time. XDD

Have you ever wished that time would take a break … even if it’s just a moment? For the clock slowly and gently stop its short and long hands movements so that time could stay still?

The year is about to be half way done … and senior year is just approaching … and another year adds to my age … making me old. -sigh-

I don’t know whether it’s because of many assignments assigned that time runs quite fast … or whether I’m having a grand time which is why I can’t see the time fly … Although I highly doubt it’s the latter and most likely the former.

I feel that I can’t connect with various things anymore once I age like anime, novels, and even music!

Every year, there are new aspiring musicians out there that I discover … and inevitably younger than me … and I’m a bit bothered that I would be (or I am) fan-girling over someone that is younger than me. (^___^;;)

You may wonder what compelled me to write such things. (haha)

Actually, I’ve been pondering about this for quite some time. The sudden thought abruptly erupted from the recesses of my brain while I was watching anime … and acknowledging their ages … which I’m close to becoming (I’m turning 17 this Oct.) … and I just thought about other things I watch and the characters’ ages ranging from early - late teens. It’s just somewhat depressing knowing that I fall on the latter …

When I was younger, I used to admire the older teens. I still do BUT I also fall in that category … so for me to admire older ones would mean that they would have to be older than me … and close to the range of adults.

I don’t know. I’m sorry if I offend anyone - I don’t mean to! (^__^;;) You could say that I’m a bit anxious about the unavoidable future … especially since college applications are due later November (or is it October?). The pressure is just really irritating. (laughs)

I should really refrain reading forum discussions - speculations about possible relationships in anime series that barely hint any romance. For some reason, it just brings down my mood … especially if fans downright argue that their beloved pairing will be the “one and only” and that there’s no way for other possible outcomes.

-sigh- But just to say to Code Geass fans out there, I really love the LelouchxShirley pairing! (: I see more romantic potential (so far) in this pairing than C.C. C.C and Lelouch are really more of “partners in crime” type of relationship. Of course, I wouldn’t sign off the possibility but yeah … Kallen & Lelouch too (2nd popular favorite couple after CCxLelouch) … but IF Shirley can’t have Lulu for herself, then I’d rather have Lelouch be with CC than Kallen. 8DDD I don’t really know why … nothing personal. I like Kallen as a character … but not with Lelouch. XP
